Shieldyourself safety compliance company signs Azzuri Group

The Azzuri Group, the owners of the Ask Italian, Zizzi and Coco di Mama chains, has announced a new partnership with safety regulations compliance firm Shieldyourself.

Shieldyourself coordinates health and safety, fire and hygiene compliance across restaurant chains, a range of hotel chains and foodservice. Their clients include Yo! Sushi, Radisson Blu and Selfridges.

Danny Dale, sales director at Shieldyourself, explained: "We are delighted to be working with Azzuri Group and hope to support them as they grow their brands and increase their presence on the high street for many years to come."
