Simon Hulstone becomes an Ambassador for Nestlé's Chef Club
Elephant restaurant ](http://www.elephantrestaurant.co.uk/)- is the latest chef to sign up as an Ambassador for [Nestlé Professional's](http://www.nestleprofessional.com/uk/en/Pages/Home.aspx) new Chef Club.
He joins Tom Kerridge, chef-owner of the Michelin-starred [Hand & Flowers](http://www.thehandandflowers.co.uk/) in Marlow, who was the [first chef to commit to the club](http://www.caterersearch.com/Articles/2011/04/06/337744/Tom-Kerridge-becomes-Nestl233s-first-Chef-Club-ambassador.htm).
Chef Club was created to support and inspire gifted young chefs with advice from experienced operators along with access to offers, promotions, events and master classes.
"Simon is one of the UK's most talented chefs and recently faced one of his toughest challenges yet in the Bocuse d'Or," said Emma Walker, Chef brand manager at Nestlé. "He's also passionate about spotting and training up new talent and it's this attitude that makes him perfect for his role as Chef ambassador."
"My career has presented me with so many amazing experiences over the years, from being awarded the Roux Scholarship to working in some of the world's best restaurants to winning National Chef of the Year, to representing the UK in the world's biggest chef competition - each one has taught me more than I could ever learn in a classroom," said Hulstone.
"I count myself very lucky to have had these opportunities and now I want to give back to the industry, sharing my knowledge and experiences with the next generation of chefs."
