Skinless and boneless fillets for schools from 3G

A range of frozen skinless and boneless fish fillets suitable for the education sector has been launched by 3G Food Service & Seafood Solutions in response to a recent industry survey, which found that skin and bone are two of children's main dislikes when it comes to fish and seafood.

Through an improved preparation process, the fish is carefully skinned and boned.

Products in the range include Breaded or Battered Haddock, Cod and Plaice Fillets, and Breaded Plaice Stuffed with Prawns and Mushrooms, and range from 110g to 230g in size.

A Jumbo Battered Cod Fillet ranges from 450-540g.
