Details The Alfa144 is one of six new professional ovens from Smeg. The compact oven has a larger internal cooking chamber that allows for four levels of cooking and the clear glass section of the door is bigger than the previous model, allowing a better view of the cooking products. Now made up of two pieces of glass, the outside is kept cool to the touch while maintaining the perfect temperature in the cooking chamber. The inner glass can also be removed for easy cleaning.
