Kippers, mackerel and haddock are smoked using a mix of woodchips to give consistent and distinctive flavours.

3G Food Service recommends baking or grilling its smoked fish as part of a breakfast menu to provide a healthy alternative to sugar-coated cereals and greasy fry-ups.

The range, a good source of Omega 3 fatty acids, protein, vitamins and minerals, includes: whole kippers, kipper fillets, smoked mackerel, peppered mackerel and smoked haddock - dyed or natural with skin on.

The fish varieties are supplied in 3kg packs. The company also offers boned kippers in packs of 24.
