Smoked garlic from Really Garlicky
Slow-roasted and hot-smoked bulbs of garlic add a new depth of flavour to the sweet Porcelain Hardneck variety grown by the Really Garlicky Company in Scotland.
The large, easy-to-peel bulbs can be added at the end of a recipe, as they do not need further cooking. They can be chopped and stirred through pasta sauces, risottos, marinades and stews, or stuffed whole inside a chicken before roasting.
