Solo control for Rational combi cookers – Hotelympia

New software will be shown on the Rational stand that will make its SelfCooking Centers work virtually on auto-pilot.

New LevelControl technology means Rational's combi-cooking system can cook practically solo, automatically fine-tuning the cooking programme to compensate for the unexpected, such as the repeated opening of doors.

It can adjust cooking times and conditions, tell the difference between a fresh and a frozen pizza, and monitor individual racks separately and tell you when the food is ready, even when different products are being cooked together.

The Rational stand will feature a full-service restaurant where chefs will be putting the SelfCooking Centers through their paces, while seminars will run each day in a separate demonstration theatre.
