Sophie Brown joins Quintessential Brands as group chief financial officer

Sophie Brown has joined Quintessential Brands as group chief financial officer from Leeds Bradford International Airport, part of the Bridgepoint company.

Prior to this Brown was deputy group financial controller for three years at Northern Foods, one of the UK's largest own label and branded food producers, with over €1b in revenue.

Brown's role as CFO for the Quintessential Brands Group, which owns G&J Distillers, will encompass the Quintessential Brands operation based in Soho, London, as well as G&J Distillers (formerly G&J Greenall's) and Essential Drinks, both in Warrington, Cheshire.

Quintessential Brands co-founder, Warren Scott, said: "With Sophie's experience in the FMCG sector, together with her broad exposure at senior level, she will be a valuable addition to our team and support our ambitious plans for the business."
