Sous-vide water baths from Instanta – Hotelympia

Water boiler specialist Instanta marks its move into the cooking sector with the launch of its first range of cooking appliances. The group has developed a line-up of sous-vide water baths designed specifically for chefs.

The new water baths incorporate highly accurate temperature control, circulated water for constant temperatures, and plenty of partition options, with timers for each partition.

Overall, the group is launching eight new products across four product ranges, including five additions to its water boiler choice featuring easy-to-read status displays, a programmable locking device for high-security users and space-saving dispensers.
