Additions to Brakes's seafood product range are the Southern Fried Pangasius Fillets made from a little-known white fish that is popular in America and has a firm texture providing an alternative to cod.

The 170-200g fillets are available in packs of 18. The MSC Alaskan Pollack Fillet is a skinless and boneless white fillet in packs of 25 x 140-170g fillets and 20 x 170-200g.

Skinless and boneless MSC Jumbo Battercrisp Pollack Fillets weighing 290-340g come in packs of 12 and 18. Brakes is also extending its Healthier Choices range with the addition of MSC Alaskan Pollack Fillets coated in crunchy non-fry crumb and available in packs of 48, each fillet weighing 85g.
