Space-saving refrigeration from Williams

A wide range of flexible and save-spacing refrigeration lines from Williams includes the recently-upgraded Onyx range, which uses a 1°C moving curtain of air to keep the gastronorm pans at a constant 4°C. The line now has a smaller footprint, an improved CoolSmart controller, new handles and optional energy-saving drawers.

Compact Saladette food prep counters offer under-counter refrigeration, chilled fresh food ingredient wells - for 1/3 or 1/6 GN pans - and 100mm extendable worktops, while Thermowell units, which operate between 4 and 10°C, can be used freestanding or mounted on a counter or a wall.

Other options include the space-saving Under Broiler Counter line of under-counter refrigeration units which sit below a chargrill and griddle, Biscuit Top Counters that mount below a prefabricated worktop, wall-mounted Coral Cabinets and the Aztra and front-vented Amber lines designed to fit into the tightest spaces.
