Speakers confirmed for Casual Dining 2020

The Casual Dining show has confirmed its biggest opening list of speakers to date, with chief executives, founders and senior directors from YO!, Loungers, Flat Iron, Pizza Pilgrims, Dishoom, Yard & Coop and Hippo on the schedule.

The show, organised by Diversified Communications, will take place on 25-26 March at London's ExCel, with organisers saying it will be the ‘biggest ever'.

Richard Hodgson, chief executive of YO!, is one of the big names on the roster, alongside Peter Martin, founder of the Atlantic Club, Jessica Parrish, former commercial director at Time Out Market, and Jonathan Downey, founder of Milk & Honey and London Union. They will form a panel to talk about the opportunities and pitfalls when taking restaurant and bar brands global.

Loungers' Nick Collins will be on stage for an opening day interview with Mark Stretton, managing director of Fleet Street Communications, about multi-site roll-outs and going public on the Stock Exchange.

Event manager Eva Ellis said: "Casual Dining is the only UK event that attracts so many leading innovators, influencers, trailblazers and decision makers from across the casual dining sector together in one place at one time. It always attracts the best, most exciting and inspiring brands and industry experts, which is a testament to just how invaluable it is to the industry it serves."
