Speciality desserts from Aulds
Aulds Delicious Desserts has introduced five new products to its range of speciality desserts. All the desserts are hand-made and are supplied frozen and pre-portioned.
Three are pre-cut into 14 portions: Knickerbocker Glory Gateau, a brandy snap biscuit base topped with layers of peach and raspberry mousse with Madeira cake chunks, Melba sauce, strawberry flavour cream, brandy snap crumb and white chocolate sticks; Tootie Fruitie Torte, a light Madeira cake sponge topped with layers of mango, strawberry and lime flavour mousse and finished with a marbled miroir glaze; and, Chocolate Profiterole Dessert , a rich, chocolate sponge base topped with a dark chocolate mousse and Aulds dairy cream profiteroles, finished with chocolate sauce and white milk chocolate curls.
The remaining two - Red Velvet Chocolate Fudge Cake, a rich chocolate fudge coating with a cream cheese frosting and coated with white chocolate; and Cream Tea Cheesecake, a traditional shortbread biscuit base topped with a layer of strawberry conserve, then a cream cheesecake with pockets of strawberry conserve, finished with hand made scone pieces, baked in the oven and glaze finished - are pre-portioned into 12s. Additionally, the Red Velvet Chocolate Fudge cake is interleaved.
