Speciality sourdough breads from Bacheldre Watermill

A partnership with artisan baker the Bread Factory has resulted in Bacheldre Watermill's Strong 100% Wholemeal flour, Oak Smoked Malted Blend flour and Malted Five Seed flour being used to create three new 400g speciality breads. Brown Sourdough, Oak Smoked Sourdough Tin and Five Seed Sourdough Round are made using a wholemeal starter as a base. The breads are supplied in minimum quantities of nine loaves consisting of three of each type of sourdough.
