The classic onion ring has undergone a makeover at Lamb Weston, whose new Spicy Onion Rings are made from thinly sliced, sweet Spanish onions that are then dipped in a Cajun-spiced coating.
The spicy, crunchy rings can be fried in three minutes or oven-baked in just 12 minutes before serving with burgers, mixed grills, or sandwiches, as bar snacks or as starters with dips. Spicy Onion Rings are sold in 1kg packs.
