New Spicy Potato Wedges from Aviko have been designed to deliver an extra kick to the taste-buds after research found that customers were looking for more exciting flavours - and that potato wedges were served in 57% of QSR, pub and cost-sector outlets.
The fiery new skin-on wedges are gluten-free and non-fried and can be served as a side order or as part of a sharing platter or main meal.
They are sold frozen in cases of 4 x 2.5kg and can be deep-fried in 3-4 minutes, oven baked for 15-20 minutes or cooked in a combi-steamer in 9-13 minutes.
