Square-shaped hot puddings in a range of flavours are designed to add variety to dessert menus.
Caterers can choose between Belgian Chocolate; Raspberry Jam; and Stem Ginger and Treacle varieties.
The 200g Belgian chocolate square is made with suet and chocolate chunks, topped with a Belgian chocolate sauce enriched with cream.
The 190g Raspberry Jam square is made from a light suet sponge with a hint of vanilla and topped with a raspberry fruit and jam sauce.
The light 180g Stem Ginger sponge is topped with a sticky stem ginger sauce, and is made with brown sugar to give it a golden colour and soaked through with syrup.
The puddings are supplied frozen in packs of 12 and are free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and hydrogenated fats.
