Details Use for boiling, microwaving, and oven-cooking up to 104°C. The liners save time soaking and scraping pans and, because they are reusable, food can be cooked, stored, chilled and reheated in the same liner.

Savings Up to 15-20 minutes a day in dishwashing time; up to £9,982.50 a year for a restaurant using 50 pans a day.

Tip Add one cup of water to the pan to create a vapour barrier before adding the liner.
