Still time to register for ScotHot 2017
There's still time to register for ScotHot, which takes place at Glasgow's SEC on 15-16 March.
The show is expecting over 200 exhibitors, showcasing food and drink products as well as catering equipment and tourism and hospitality services.
Alongside the exhibition, The Spotlight Stage will host hot topic discussions, highlighting future trends and debunking industry myths. Sessions will include:
Food & Drink Future Trends - James Withers, CEO of Scotland Food & Drink, will present insight into future food and drink trends and how to be one step ahead of your competitors.
The Masters Class Interviews the Master Chef
Reigning MasterChef: The Professionals winner, Gary Maclean takes to the stage to be interviewed by his own City of Glasgow College students

The Liquid Academy Livestage, for drinks tastings, tips and tricks will include sessions celebrating traditional spirits with a cask strength whisky tasting in 'From Grain to Cask' and the latest cocktail techniques in 'The Spectrum of Modern Mixology' featuring Bacardi and Ian Macleod Distillers.
Visitors can also find out about Gin Aroma Recognition from master perfumer Kim Lahiri, who will lead a journey to unlock and heighten participants' sense of smell using Edinburgh Gin and Rock Rose Gin, plus many more.
Alongside the interactive stages, the 31st Scottish Culinary Championships will take place across the two days. Chefs will be challenged in three different categories: Live Theatre, Skills Arena and Culinary Art with skills tests including fat carving, sugar craft, fish filleting, butchery and the Dessert Challenge. Chefs will be tested on their attention to detail, technique, knowledge and creativity.
