Knorr stock reduction contains reduced meat stock or vegetable juice to create a home-made-style jelly that spoons easily and dissolves quickly into boiling water or straight to the pan.
Available in beef, chicken and vegetable varieties, the stock reduction contains no added MSG, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and is suitable for a gluten- and lactose-free diet. It has a nine-month shelf life unopened and three months once opened. Knorr stock reduction comes in two 800g cases.
