Strawberry and rhubarb Ku-li joins Macphie coulis range

The classic sweet-and-tart combination of strawberry and rhubarb is the latest flavour to join Macphie's Ku-li line of ready-to-pour fruit coulis, which also includes raspberry, mango and sour cherry options.

They are sold in cases of 12 x 475g squeezy bottles with a fine nozzle that allows caterers to achieve plate decorations that hold their shape and do not bleed.

The coulis are made from 100% natural ingredients, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and a fat content below 0.5%.

The unopened bottles can be stored for six months at room temperature and for seven days in the fridge after opening.
