Super Crinkle and Mediterranean Wedges from Lamb Weston

Super Crinkle Wedges and Mediterranean Wedges are the latest potato innovations from Lamb Weston. The flavoured wedges are designed to add a point of difference to menus and can be cooked in a fryer, convection oven or conventional oven in minutes.

Super Crinkle Wedges are slightly larger than usual and have a pronounced groove that provides an ultra-crispy, skin-on texture; a premium look; and improved heat retention that extends the holding time, allowing the wedges to be prepared in advance without compromising quality.

They are offered in two flavours - rich Smoky Barbecue and spicy Piri Piri - which work well with a range of meals from gourmet burgers to Mexican fajitas, steak or chilli.

The Mediterranean Wedges, which have a chef-made appearance, are mildly spiced with rosemary and a hint of garlic and make a great accompaniment to fish fillets, open sandwiches and salads. Both varieties are sold in 4 x 2.5kg packs
