Imperial Catering recognises that efficiency is the most important factor for any busy chef which is why it has introduced its range of Electric Convection Ovens.
All 11KW units in the range have a unique Turbo-Flow System to maximise efficiency by recirculating hot air throughout, which results in fuel savings and faster recovery times. By creating an air flow pattern that simultaneously heats the inner and the outer surfaces of the oven, cavity food is served at its finest.
The standard depth model is ideal for superior baking quality, whilst a bakery depth model is available for caterers that require a high production capacity and faster recovery times. Optimal cooking efficiency is achieved through the extra oven depth offered by the bakery depth model that allows for the usage of full size pans in front-to-back or left to right positions. By using all available space within the oven, chefs can add an extra 20% per oven cooking capacity.
Five chrome plated racks are included with each unit and optional outer racks & shelves are available with Single Deck models, providing an ideal holding area. Each unit also has a two speed fan to make high volume cooking even easier.
All units come with stainless steel doors, sides, tops and legs for easy cleaning & maintenance whilst giving a professional touch to any kitchen. Two interior oven lights with a momentary switch are also on the outside of each oven to enable chefs to view their dishes easier.
Added door enhancements plus a 10 gauge stainless steel door chassis increase the durability of the door mechanisms, whilst the doors are dual-opening, requiring only one hand to make life easier for chefs, and each doors swings open to 115o giving caterers complete unrestricted access to the interior of the oven.
The launch of a two year parts and labour warranty from Imperial Catering, available at no extra cost, offers further reassurance on the quality and durability of the range.
