To support the launch of its revolutionary FXP warewasher series, Hobart is challenging customers to see how much this new machine can save in both operational costs and carbon emissions against their existing machine. In addition Hobart is offering the chance to win one of the new machines
Caterers need to visit www.hobartuk.com and select the ‘Click and Win' icon. The Hobart calculator requests some details about the existing warewasher (current wash tank capacity, water usage per cycle, hours the dishwasher is used per day etc) and it will work out how much money will be saved by switching to the Hobart FXP. In addition, the very clever calculator works out by how much operators could reduce their carbon footprint.
For the chance to win a new Hobart FXP Warewasher (worth approximately £4000) visitors to the site need to select the ‘Watch and Win' icon, view the short video about the FXP Series and at the end enter their contact details. The competition ends 28th September 2007.

A high wash temperature is essential to get the best results from the detergent and with the FXP this can be easily achieved, as the machine is fitted with Ecotherm heating technology. This uses just 0.8kW of energy and yet ensures a constant 62C during every wash cycle. Operators could save over £500 a year in running costs and reduce their CO2 emissions by 1250kg," concluded Ian.
