Supplier press release: Countdown to Hospitality Show 2013

Essential Cuisine, the stock specialist, will once again be at the Hospitality Show at Birmingham's NEC from , Stand 1149.

The biggest date in the industry calendar means it's nearly time for chefs who work brilliantly in partnership to do battle in the ultimate, annual teamwork challenge.

Dynamic duos from across the industry are gearing up to combine their ideas, flair and cooking skills to try and become the Essential Cuisine Team of the Year at The Hospitality Show 2013.

With shortlisted teams now chosen, the challenge is due to take place in the Live Theatre at the renowned show, which runs from January 21-23 at the NEC, Birmingham. Teams will be allowed 60 minutes to prepare, cook and present, for two covers, an Amuse Bouche, followed by a fish course using Essential Cuisine Lobster Glace or Fish Stock.

They must then create a 'signature dish' which would be a success in their own individual operations, showing innovative use of one or more products in the Essential Cuisine range, which will be supplied and must be used on the day.

Back on Stand 1149, you'll be able to try everything from Essential Cuisine's clean, natural and balanced, powdered Stocks and No1 Gravies to thePremier Jus ranges for hotels, restaurants and gastro pubs.

We look forward to meeting you on Stand 1149 and tasting these ranges with you at the show.
