Supplier press release: Entries now open for The Wessex Salon Culinaire 2013

AAK Foodservice is sponsoring one of the UK's largest live culinary competitions, Wessex Salon Culinaire 2013, held in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs.
Entries for the event, held at Brockenhurst College in Hampshire, are now open and will close on 1st March 2013. The competition has grown in stature over the years and is a fantastic platform for all the chefs, but especially student chefs to get a first taste of competition experience.
