All our ranges will be available to sample at stand H101, including our gluten free stocks, which are all low in fat, offer a high yield, and deliver depth and balance of flavour, leaving you time to concentrate on the final dish.
Also at the event will be Daniel Akrigg, the North West Young Chef of the Year 2013, who will be competing in the Young National Chef of the Year, in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs, at The Restaurant Show. Daniel battled it out against regional winners from around the North West but the young commis chef from Simon Rogan's Rogan & Company in Cumbria cooked his way into the Nationals on 13th June 2013 in Manchester.
Daniel will be taking on seven young chefs from around the country in a two and a half hour cook off. Our team will be on hand for moral support, but we hope you will join us in sending the best of luck to Daniel.
