Supplier press release: WMF is keeping things hot as it launches its new ‘Vitalis Pro' induction chafing dishes

With precision German engineering, an eye-catching design and a host of innovative features, the ‘Vitalis Pro' range of chafing dishes are made of the best quality catering grade materials, are ergonomically comfortable to use and can be used with induction systems as well as standard heat sources, offering maximum flexibility and functionality.

Each of the dishes in the range comes with a transparent glass lid that enables a clear view of the food at all times. But even when the lid does get lifted, the long-life brake mechanism, which engages at varying levels, will ensure that any noise is dampened when it closes. And the ingenuity of the design, coupled with an intelligent condensation circulation system, means no more pools of water!

Florian Lehmann, Managing Director, WMF UK Ltd, adds, "WMF felt strongly that there was a gap in our range for a very versatile, induction-compatible range of dishes, so ‘Vitalis Pro' was developed. The beauty of this product is that it can also fit onto legs, which compliments our popular ‘Change' range of dispensers, urns and chafing dishes. This results in compact, free-standing chafing dishes, which can also be heated via an electrical element or by fuel. The glass lids, which can be removed for dishwashing give a clear view of the food which makes any presentation look stunning. The perfect solution for any hot buffet!"
