Supplier press release: WMF shows its latest tableware collections at Hotelympia, and launches a few new ones
Once again WMF will be exhibiting at Hotelympia, showing its latest Tableware and Buffet collections, as well as a few new launches, adding style and functionality to any operation.
The new ‘Solutions' collection from Tafelstern is a fine porcelain range to enhance the coffee service. It enables operators to present a wide variety of accompanying small plates of sweet or savoury items in a highly coordinated manner in recognition of the ongoing trend in snacking and grazing throughout the day.
Also new in 2012 is a range of coloured pots for buffet service, which are suitable for all standard heat sources, including induction, offering maximum flexibility. They can even be used as a ‘bain-marie' as they all come with porcelain inserts*. The range is available in black, orange and yellow and includes a 7lt capacity wok. Each dish comes with a transparent glass lid, enabling a clear view of the food at all times, and optional lid holders for ease of self-service.
And to be included in its Hotelware collection in 2012, a new range of elegant, stainless steel tableware items including candelabra, bud vases and champagne buckets designed by Jette Joop, internationally renowned designer. Plus, from WMF's retail range, an appealing range of children's items to make mealtimes more fun for the younger diner.
Visit WMF on stand number N2110 to see the new launches, as well as these latest items, being exhibited for the first time:
‘PURE EXCLUSIV' is a contemporary, highly versatile selection of pieces, combining dark wood and Cromargan® stainless steel 18/10, that are highly interchangeable, giving a high class look and maximum functionality. The cruet stand can hold condiments, as well as milk and sugar, and when used during dinner service, the candle holder will accommodate both taper candles and tea lights, while for breakfast, it can be used to hold preserves
WMF's standalone cereal dispensers provide a solution to the problem of how to serve cereals hygienically and eliminate spillages, without the additional cost of buying individual packs, or compromising the look and feel of a quality breakfast buffet area. Its new cereal dispensers are straightforward for the operator to fill, dishwasher-safe and are now available with a wall-mounting fixture for single, double or triple units, offering space-saving options
For those with limited space, WMF's new ‘cereal flutes' are 2 litre, Perspex jugs with stainless steel lid, handle and base, that can be used to serve cereals, juice or milk with style. As with all WMF's range, they are not only great looking and multi-purpose, but are interchangeable with other items from the Buffet range
WMF has over 80 years experience in the manufacture of high quality tableware, which is renowned for its stylish looks, outstanding functionality and high level of reliability.
