Broadland Farms Fresh Turkey has pledged its support to encouraging young culinary talent by sponsoring this year's Wessex Salon Culinaire, one of the UK's largest live culinary competitions run by the Craft Guild of Chefs.
The Craft Guild's popular Wessex Salon Culinaire is this year being held at Brockenhurst College in the New Forest on April 3rd and 4th and is an excellent platform for student chefs to put their culinary skills to the test and get a first taste of competition experience.
Over the two day competition, Broadland Farms will sponsor the Turkey class. Student chefs will have just 20 minutes to produce two portions of a dish using premium quality British thick cut turkey breast steaks as a key ingredient, supplied by Broadland Farms.
