With the price of cod rising, Faroe Seafood has launched skinless and boneless haddock in individually quick-frozen fillets.

Taken from sustainable fisheries in the North Atlantic and supplied exclusively to the food service sector, this white fish is size-graded into 4-5oz, 5-6oz, 6-7oz, 7-8oz and 8-10oz fillets packed in 4.54kg boxes.
