Instanta has launched its smallest-ever sous-vide machine, the SVV12. With a footprint of just 282mm(w) x 386mm(d) x 325mm(h) the SVV12 will fit on the smallest of work surfaces. The 12-litre unit houses a 2.25kW heater for rapid initial heat-up (16 minutes).
