Sweeter menu prices from Schöller

Ice-cream and dessert maker Schöller has created a new menu-maker programme called Sweet Success to create tailor-made, table-top menus for its range of desserts that cost 40% less than the previous paper-based system and can be delivered twice as fast.

The drag-and-drop software allows the menus to be created on-screen by the Schöller sales team in a variety of menu sizes, shapes, colours and page layouts with the option of branding the menus with a corporate logo.

Once approved by the customer, the menus are sent to print and delivered within seven days at a cost of £75 for 20 menus. The range includes individual portions, super-premium ice-creams, tartes and gâteaux.
