Synergy counter drop-ins from Victor

Synergy counter drop-ins from Victor

The new Synergy refrigerated and heated stainless-steel counter drop-ins from Victor have been designed with energy-efficiency in mind and conform to ENISO 23953-2 standards.

This provides appliances in the M1 cabinet class in the Climate Class 3 environment of 25°C in 60% humidity.

The refrigerated blown-air salad wells, which are compatible with gastronorm containers up to 100mm deep, feature an upgraded self-regulating condensate system that reduces energy consumption and heat loss.

Hygiene is addressed by a smoother fabrication, a central drain-off point, and a maximum load line that offers contamination-free presentation. Flexible installation is built in via an integral telescopic baffling (which allows all venting configurations), the modular design and the use of expansion valves.

The eight new heated wet or dry gastronorm 1/1 bains-marie wells come with remote-control boxes, curved glass sneeze screens and optional gantries. The wells are laser-cut to slope towards the drain to one side.
