From Sunday 26 to Thursday 1 March 2012 the Craft Guild of Chefs will be hosting the Skillery, a live demonstration area, at Hotelympia.
The guild is looking to showcase both young and experienced chefs from all sectors of the hospitality industry and will run demonstrations on specific themes including: education in the industry; rising stars; international flavours and the use of specific ingredients.
