The event, which will run from 28 to 29 October at the Old Truman Brewery, will welcome exhibitors such as Billy Franks, Caviar Artisan, Good Taste Food and Drink, A Little Bit Food Co, Luss Smokehouse and Wilding's Snacks who will be offering craft foods.
Wine, beer and spirits brands such as Harviestoun Brewery, Gin Lane 1751, the Prosecco Project and Elements Eight Rum have also secured exhibitor spots.
The event is expecting to welcome over 4,000 visitors from small chains, delis, independents and farm shops.
Sponsors have also been confirmed including Wenlock Spring, Riedel and Spiegelau glassware. Epicurean ambassadors Joe Wadsack, Sophie Atherton and Alice Lascelles will be on hand throughout the event to share expertise with visitors.
