USP Hailed as the "future of premium British strawberries", this new strawberry is the first fruit of the partnership between Total Berry's breeding division and Plant Sciences of California.
Details Merit is an everbearing strawberry that fruits continuously at a steady rate from June to September. The variety has a light-red glossy colour and is described as being sweet tasting with a floral aroma like a traditional British strawberry. Its good skin integrity means it is less prone to bruising, keeps its attractive conical shape and lasts longer than most strawberries under refrigeration.
