The Thermo-Plus option on Winterhalter's GS300 Series of compact front-loading dishwashers makes the line ideal for hospital ward kitchens as it disinfects dishes to NHS specifications.
The new design of water jet also addresses tight budgets because they allow the machines to achieve improved rinses using 25% less water than previous models.
Adding in their reduced energy and chemical consumption, the washers can reduce overall operating costs by up to 13%. They can handle up to 40 500mm x 500mm racks per hour.
