Thickened Veal Jus powder mix from Major International can be sprinkled in to add body and flavour to any brown sauce or whisked with cold water, heated and served as gravy.
As a water-based product, the jus will not separate when alcohol or cream is added, so it can be added to a whole range of savoury dishes.
