Rule of Crumb garlic bread

The new gluten-free, part-baked garlic bread from Rule of Crumb can be cooked in the packet. It will be available at alongside a range of breakfast cereals and part-baked bread rolls.

Brakes gluten-free bakery products

Brakes has launched a selection of new gluten-free bakery products, including mixed baguettes, white and multigrain rolls, petit pain, burger buns, muffins, fruit scones, white and multigrain farmhouse loaves, pancakes and hot cross buns.

Dietary Foods Sweet'N Low Stevia

Dietary Foods, manufacturers of the original pink Sweet'N Low, has introduced Sweet'N Low Stevia into its out of home range. It's made from the Stevia rebaudiana bush and is a calorie-free alterative to sugar and artificial sweeteners.

Femke's Foodies plantain flour

Femke's Foodies specialises in plantain flour, which can be used in pancakes, bread, cake, pizza, quiche and cookies, and is perfect for diets without gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, eggs, dairy and lactose.

Primal Pantry fruit and nut bars

Primal Pantry bars are made using cold-pressed nuts and fruits. They are free of gluten and available in five flavours: coconut and macadamia; almond and cashew; brazil nut and cherry; hazelnut and cacao; and apple and pecan.

Harvey & Brockless sauces

Harvey & Brockless makes a range of sauces designed to help caterers deliver great-tasting dishes with free-from credentials. These include Flippin' Amazing Burger Sauce, which is dairy- and gluten-free, and the new Bloody Mary salsa, which is also dairy-free.

BFree has a range of 11-inch wraps, burger buns and individually packed rolls for foodservice. The products are free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, egg and nuts, and also suitable for vegans.

Knorr & Coeliac UK kitchen guide

Knorr has teamed up with Coeliac UK, the charity for people with coeliac disease, to release a kitchen guide with instructions on how to set up a kitchen so it complies with gluten-free best practice.
