The Smeg ALFA140UK oven is now available in the UK and is designed to accept four 1/1 gastronorm pans. It has a temperature range of 50°C-250°C and a 60-minute timer, and can be plugged in using a 13 amp plug.

Healthcare food provider Apetito has unveiled the Multi-Plus (top) a selection of finished component-based meals in four categories: mains, toppings, sauces and free-flow bags, as well as Purée Petite (above), an energy-dense, texture-modified range for people living with dysphagia who need meals with a high level of nutrition in smaller portions.
