This week's new products: Jude's no added sugar ice-cream, Skalpel steak knives and Brindisa hot sauces

A look at the latest food, drink and equipment to hit the market.

Jude's has launched its first no added sugar and vegan range. The ice-cream contains the sugar content naturally found in cow's milk, coconut milk and vegetable fibre, as well as natural sweeteners stevia and erythritol. Flavours to foodservice include vanilla, chocolate and coconut.

Price £5.40 plus VAT per litre
