The new entremets range from Brioche Pasquier includes the Crunchy Coulant Caramel, which has layers of soft chocolate biscuit topped with chocolate and hazelnuts, salted caramel and caramel mousse and finished with a chocolate mirror glaze. The frozen entremets are suitable for vegetarians, have an 18-month shelf life and can be sliced into 10-12 portions.
