Classeq Standard and Duo warewashing ranges
Warewashing manufacturer Classeq has unveiled 13 new machines across two ranges: Standard and Duo. The machines can record data on usage and display temperature and chemical use, and they have a standby facility designed to save energy. They also have double-skinned, insulated cabinets and doors, which help to retain heat and reduce operational noise.
Valrhona Orelys blond chocolate
Valrhona has added a second blond chocolate, Orelys, to its range. It combines blond chocolate, which is made by caramelising the butter in the chocolate-making process, and combining it with Mauritian dark muscovado sugar, giving the chocolate a golden colour and aromatic liquorice notes. The 35% couverture can be used in moulded products, bars, mousses, cream mixes, ganaches, ice-creams and sorbets.

Pidy Paris Brest
Pidy, the Belgian-based producer of ready-to-fill pastry products, has unveiled the Paris Brest, a choux pastry made to a traditional French recipe that can be used for savoury pastries or sweet, filled with praline-flavoured cream.

Farm Frites Extra
Farm Frites has launched Extra, a new range of fries to satisfy the demand for crispy, coated chips with greater heat retention. The range is available in 7mm, 10mm, 12mm and 15mm sizes as well as a 10mm skin-on variety.

Titan Induction Range Cooker
The new Titan Induction Range Cooker features a five-zone hob and a large 2/1 gastronorm-compatible oven. It has four 1.9kW zones and one central 2.6kW zone, each with a ‘Boost' mode for extra power.

Ethical Coffee Company biodegradable coffee capsules
The Ethical Coffee Company has come up with what it says is the world's first biodegradable coffee capsule. The Nespresso-compatible capsules are made from plant fibres and take six months to decompose. Cofico distributes the pods filled with a variety of coffees in the UK.
