Victor's Evolution range is designed for hospitality and retail display, with 300mm, 600mm and 900mm units in hot, ambient and chilled versions for assisted and self-service applications. The units come with a choice of stainless steel, coated steel, coloured plastic or wood laminate base fascia, and include LED lighting and rear door configurations.

Cristel cookware
French cookware manufacturer Cristel has launched a professional range of saucepans, stewpots, large cooking pots, shallow sauté pans and frying pans. The five-ply fabrication process uses a layered combination of 18/10 stainless steel, aluminium and induction-capable stainless steel.

Snackamolé avocado dip
Snackamolé is a grab-and-go avocado snack from UK-based Born Tasty, containing low-fat popped chickpea and potato chips made in England and an avocado dip. The ethically sourced Hass avocados are processed in Mexico using a cold pasteurisation technique that retains the colour and flavour of the fruit and its nutrients.

Berry Bros & Rudd has recommenced the distillation and bottling of its own-label London Dry Gin. With botanicals led by juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root and winter savory, it has a nose that hints of violet creams and a soft chalkiness, while the palate is soft with a floral slant.
