Victor's Evolution display fridges

Victor's Evolution range is designed for hospitality and retail display, with 300mm, 600mm and 900mm units in hot, ambient and chilled versions for assisted and self-service applications. The units come with a choice of stainless steel, coated steel, coloured plastic or wood laminate base fascia, and include LED lighting and rear door configurations.

Supermalt Supermalt is now available in a 300ml can that retains its vibrant red packaging. It is designed to help operators tap into the non-alcoholic beverage market and it can be used as a mixer on a spirit, cocktail or mocktail menu. It is packed with added B vitamins and has a sweet malt flavour with hints of caramel and a kick of liquorice.

Cristel cookware

French cookware manufacturer Cristel has launched a professional range of saucepans, stewpots, large cooking pots, shallow sauté pans and frying pans. The five-ply fabrication process uses a layered combination of 18/10 stainless steel, aluminium and induction-capable stainless steel.

Snackamolé avocado dip

Snackamolé is a grab-and-go avocado snack from UK-based Born Tasty, containing low-fat popped chickpea and potato chips made in England and an avocado dip. The ethically sourced Hass avocados are processed in Mexico using a cold pasteurisation technique that retains the colour and flavour of the fruit and its nutrients.

Specialist beer and wine importer Morgenrot is offering Taumata Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand's Hawkes Bay. The new white wine from the North Island is a rounder, more floral Sauvignon Blanc and is suitable for vegetarians.
