Christmas pudding manufacturer Matthew Walker has three key ranges for caterers this Christmas.
Standard Catering Classic puddings contain 28% vine fruits (sultanas, raisins and currants), nuts, candied citrus flavours, spices and 10% cider. The puddings are available in two sizes; individual 100g microwavable portions and a 1.36kg loaf.
The pudding loaf is available in easy-to-use plastic basins that can be steamed or microwaved and provides 12 portions. An alcohol-free version of the Classic 1.36kg loaf is also available for schools, prisons, religious and food service sectors.
The Luxury range has a higher fruit content than the Classic puddings and is steeped in brandy and rum. The puddings are available in a single 100g serving and a 1.36kg loaf or basin.
