There are three new additions to Alveston Kitchens' frozen desserts range, which now comprises 49 products, from gâteaux and cheesecakes to meringues and profiteroles.
Toffee & Hazelnut Roulade is a mallowy caramel meringue rolled with whipped dairy cream and toffee sauce and topped with a sprinkling of hazelnuts, particularly suited to coffee shops and cafés. The 550g roulade is supplied whole for portioning into a recommended 10 servings and there are two units to a case.
The other two products are additions to the company's Fruit Topped Cheesecake range. The Blueberry variety is a 1.28kg cheesecake, while the Raspberry Cheesecake weighs in at 1.39kg.
Both cheesecakes are supplied whole, six to a case and each yield 10-12 portions.
