Details Tiger Paninis originate from the Netherlands, and are painted with a rice paste that cracks and dries during baking to create a two-colour effect. The new line comprises Tiger Panini (with a rice flour crust), Chilli Tiger Panini (with a chilli and paprika crust) and Italian-style Panini with a crust of hard cheese and herb. They can be filled and reheated from frozen in an oven in six minutes. Butt Foods has also launched sliced versions of the Big Softy range of 12in and 8in sub rolls introduced earlier this year.
