National Curry Week is on its way (7-13 October) and Tilda has teamed up with Indunil Sanchi, head chef at the Noel Arms Hotel in Chipping Campden to create a 10-point recipe for curry success.

Mark Lyddy, head of foodservice at Tilda, said: "Curry remains a hugely popular dish so it is an essential part of the menu offering for many operators. We hope to help outlets enhance the experience by outlining some simple steps to make the most of the curry occasion and ensure it is a meal to remember.
