Brakes has extended its selection of time-saving bakery products with pastry sheets and petit pain sandwiches. The All Butter Puff Pastry Sheets can be used for sweet and savoury dishes and come in eight packs of 742g. The Fully Baked Petit Pain Sandwich is an unsliced mini baguette that meets FSA salt targets and is ready to use from thawed. Also available is the Fully Baked Petit Bran Sandwich in cases of 60.
